PRICE: Orders will be accepted and are subject to current pricing at the time of shipment and are subject to change without notice. The published price schedule is a suggested retail price and is determined by Sofia Medicine Cabinets. All orders will be invoiced at the price that was in affect at the time the order was placed. Pricing may change without notice due to increased costs in transportation, material, labor, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please verify all pricing when placing your order. All orders are confirmed by return fax or email within 48 hours or receipt by Sofia Medicine Cabinets.

ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS: Sofia Medicine Cabinets reserve the right of approval on all orders and or shipments that are made based on our credit department.All merchandise remains the property of Sofia Medicine Cabinets until full payment has been made.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment terms are Net 30 Days. A 2% per month finance charge will be applied to all accounts that are delinquent. Goods will not be shipped to customers not complying with these terms and conditions.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: Damage that has occurred during shipment is the sole responsibility of the shipper. Sofia Medicine Cabinets will not be responsible for damage that has occurred during the shipment or handling by the installer or contractor hired by end user. Please inspect all merchandise when receiving and note any damage on freight bill. A STOP notice is affixed to every cabinet we ship specifying to not remove the item from its shipping container if any damage is found. Doing so will void our warranty. Sofia Medicine Cabinets will not be responsible for damage that occurs during installation. Sofia Medicine Cabinets will not be responsible for any damages that occur due to improper handling.

RETURNS:  ALL returns require prior authorization by Sofia Medicine Cabinets customer service department. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All return merchandise shall incur a 25% restocking fee. Custom items are not returnable and are noted as such on your order confirmation. All return transportation costs are the responsibility of the sender. Sofia Medicine Cabinets will not accept return via common carrier and recommend allowing for the pickup of your return to ensure safe shipment and handling. Product should be returned in the same manner in which originally shipped by Sofia. Product must be received within 14 days of issue date of Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your RGA. Sofia Medicine Cabinets reserves the right to approve to deny all returns.

CANCELLATIONS:  The customer may not cancel an order after 24 hours of receipt of sales order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

DESIGN AND DIMENSIONS: Sofia Medicine Cabinets reserves the right to change designs and specifications without notice and obligations. All dimensions are approximate and are subject to change without notice.

WARRANTY:  Sofia Medicine Cabinets offers a limited prorated warranty on all products. This warranty is offered only to the original end-user for personal use. For commercial use other limitations may apply. Sofia Medicine Cabinets warrants all products to be free from defects due to workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Any claim that is made pertaining to this warranty will be made to an authorized dealer or to Sofia Medicine Cabinets. Sofia Medicine Cabinets does not authorize any dealer or other person to make any affirmation or representation or warranty other than that is contained in this warranty. Sofia Medicine Cabinets also offers a five year pro-rata warranty; This means that if a product has an issue prior to the end of its warranty period, it will be replaced or repaired as usual, but only for the cost depending on the product’s age at the time of incident. Effective June 1, 2004.

IMAP: In order to shield our customers and the Sofia name, we have instituted an IMAP policy (minimum advertised price) that must be adhered to by all participating Sofia showrooms. All dealers must agree to maintain and not advertise discounted prices on Sofia products of more than 25%. Although we are not conscious of any showroom conducting business in this manner, we want everyone to be aware that we will not allow dealers to short sell our products. Please be advised that violators of this IMAP policy will not be tolerated, if discovered they will automatically experience an increase in their purchase price structure. We at Sofia remain committed to the family of loyal customers that distribute our products. Effective January 1, 2016.

LIMITATIONS:  This warranty does not apply to the following: Incorrect operation, carelessness, misuse, alternation, as well as chemical or natural corrosion, fire or flood. Sofia Medicine Cabinets recommends that installation and electrical wiring be made by a licensed professional. Sofia Medicine Cabinets will not be held responsible for any claims made against it or any of its representatives unless warranty is adhered to in its entirety.
